Founder and Executive Director Legacy Reentry Foundation
As Founder and Executive Director of Legacy Reentry Foundation, George Moore, Jr. supports the formerly incarcerated in their new beginnings, focused on personal transformation. As a certified NAMI facilitator, he offers vital mental health education and support to individuals and communities in need.
Georgre is a dedicated advocate for mental health and social justice. As a pastor and author, he gives a voice to the unheard, driving change. He serves on multiple boards related to social justice, mental health, the arts, and violence prevention.
Through his initiative, "Transforming Lives Through Relentless Hope", George champions mental health advocacy with a focus on renewing the mind.
John Fallon Workshop Chair
Treasurer NAMI Lake County
John Fallon, MHP has over 40 years of experience in mental health, homelessness services, and reentry support.
He has provided residential care, outreach, and aftercare services for adolescents and adults, helping individuals transition from jails, prisons, psychiatric hospitals, and forensic facilities into stable community living.
John serves on multiple statewide boards and committees and is currently Vice President of NAMI Illinois and Treasurer of NAMI Lake County.
